Beograd-Zemun, registration number: 21485314, TIN: 111455580, with its registered office at: Svetosavska 6 Beograd-Zemun, Republic of Serbia (hereinafter: "Controller"), which acts as Controller within the meaning of the Law on Personal Data Protection ("Official Gazette", No. 87/2018, hereinafter: "LPDP"), that is, as the entity that organizes and is responsible for the processing of personal data, hereby informs visitors to the website https://www.puranta.rs/, whose data is being processed (hereinafter: "Visitors"), about all essential aspects of personal data processing in accordance with applicable regulations.

III. Legal Basis for Data Processing

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was carried out based on consent before the withdrawal.

The legal basis for processing IP addresses is Article 12, paragraph 1, item 6 of the LPDP:
